Amardeep was born  in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh ( India ). He completed his primary education in the public school of Anantapur. He holds a degree of B.Tech in Computer Science. After that, he went to London, United Kingdom to pursue a Master of Science degree, where he obtained the degree with very good grades. He also studied dance and participated in some competitions related to it. He was always interested in the acting and performing arts.

His father Ameer Basha, who is a retired RTC employee, & a professional Kuchipudi dancer and his mother Rupa Gonuguntla, who is an active BJP member & trained classical dancer.
